What a great experience with this company reroofing my roof. Excellent work!What a lucky company to have John Mendez as a Project Manager. He’s the heartbeat of this company. Worked calmly and was extremely knowledgeable, answering ALL of my questions. I’ve never had such sincere Customer Service EVER! Thank you so much UNITED CONTRACTING GROUP!

Skye and Edward were extremely helpful in getting my roof repair approved by my insurance company. They then were responsive to installation questions and on the spot with cleanups and payment receipt. My only problem at all is that afetr all was done and paid, I got a letter from a lien company that I am still trying to figure out.

After having at least 7 roofer companies come to my door telling me they could get my damaged roof replaced through my insurance I had a total of 3 claims through 2 different insurance companies over the past 2 1/2 years. Everyone was denied as insurance company told me someone purposely damaged my roof. I told them that was totally false and I had repaired several shingles so they blamed me for causing the damage. This really upset me as I just replaced many asphalt shingles that blew off my roof after having severe storms causing shingles to be on all sides of home and in pool Justin Beatty with United Contractors Group came to my door asking if I minded him trying to get me a new roof.Before he called my insurance company he got up there and put up a tarp and this time I told him I w acted him to do all the communication with my insurance company as I didn’t want to say something I shouldn’t which he happily agreed to do. He filed the claim and about one week later I received a call from my new insurance company letting me know the claim was approved. I was so happy that finally someone was getting results I deserved. I missed a call about 3 days after I received the first check and didn’t call them back until it was too late and they stopped payment on the check. They wanted information regarding my previous claims so I had Justin call them in which he did right away and got it all squared away letting them know I didn’t receive one cent from either of the claims. The next day Justin had the new roofing materials put on my roof and a few days later I received another call from my insurance Adjustor letting me know everything was approved and I was so relieved knowing I was finally getting a new roof i so deserved. They installed it about one week later and they did a very clean and sharp looking job. Thank you Justin and the work manager that managed the installation.who had red hair ( think his name was Charles), sorry I forgot his name but he was great also in getting the roof done starting at 430a and finished up at around 2p. I love it!

Had a great experience with United Contracting. From day one they listened to my concerns and wasted no time securing my roof after a recent monsoon storm. They worked with me and my insurance company to get my roof replaced as quickly as possible. When we had more storms before the replacement could be done they came out multiple times to re-tarp my roof so we wouldn’t have any damage inside. They went above and beyond for us. Great communication and quick replies to all my texts etc. Would highly recommend to anyone and would use them again. Mike was my point of contact at United and he was great throughout the entire process.

I worked with United Contracting Group for a full roof replacement. UCG was great. I worked with Derek who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Derek made it a seamless process throughout. I talked to 5-6 different companies before deciding on UCG and to my surprise UCG was the only company willing to wait for payment from my insurance company. The other companies wanted me to pay them upfront or use their financing and wanted me to deal with reimbursement from my insurance company on my own. Derek is familiar with the insurance industry and not only submitted all the paperwork to my insurance company but also made follow up calls to them. As for the work, Derek scheduled a date and time and kept that date and time. His crew tarped every inch of my yard to keep it clean from all materials being scraped off and replaced. When they finished the roof they cleaned up and even skimmed my pool before they left. The roof looks great. It rained twice since completion and no leaks so the installation seems solid. My experience with UCG and Derek was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

United Contracting Group is an excellent roofing company. I have a beautiful mountain home in Flagstaff AZ where my roof failed last winter due to ice, hail, wind and snow. I identified the interior leaks in April, and I was faced with getting roof work completed before the monsoon season kicked into high gear this summer. In May, I had the privilege of meeting Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. Remember, Joe had to drive 140 miles from Phoenix to keep the initial appointment in Flagstaff. Not only did he show up on time, but he sat down with me and my wife and explained the entire insurance process from filing the claim, working with 3rd party field adjustor/inspectors (one failed to show up to the appt) and what I could expect in terms of either a roof repair or a completely new roof. Fortunately, I was approved for a new roof with Joe's help interfacing on my behalf with my insurance company. It's said that sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference. That is how I feel about the United Contracting Group and Joe B. In June, on a Monday morning at 5am, I awoke to several contractors already on my roof. An entire roofing crew and Joe B were starting early. They had to do a complete tear-out of the old roof plus install my new roof. Additionally, United agreed to repair several sections of old, rotted facia boards before the new roof could be installed. This really helped me as I did not have to coordinate an additional contractor to perform that work. That was huge as I don't have the bandwidth with other life responsibilities. That tireless crew did a 13-hour day onsite plus a 280-mile round trip commute. Think about that...it makes you believe solid work ethics are still out there! The new roof turned out fabulous and as a finished touch, the crew even painted my skylight housing to match the new black drip edge....it just looks terrific, and I beat the monsoons! All and all, I would definitely recommend Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. They are responsive (in-person or phone), on-time, professional, knowledgeable and communicate clearly.
