I am extremely happy with united contracting! They did an amazing job. From the begin Albert was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond with my roof replacement process. Albert was attentive, professional and explain everything in detail! They help with the insurance claim and were on top of everything. After a recent hail storm Riley at United did an incredible Job picking up the pieces! He walked us through the whole process, represented us during the inspection from our insurance and put a beautiful roof on our home! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Riley and the whole team at United for making what could have been a stressful experience, easy and enjoyable! The hardest thing I had to do was pick a color LOL

I had a great experience with United Contracting Group. Zack was very professional, punctual and very responsive. He was great to work with and responded to my questions even when he was on vacation. He was there to meet with the insurance adjuster and when the new roof was installed. Thank you Zack, it was a pleasure working with you. I appreciate it very much.

I just had a great experience with Charles Hess and United Contracting Group. We had severe wind damage on the roof of our house and called up Charles to figure out a solution through our insurance. He and his team navigated the process for us and ended up getting us a full roof replacement for the cost of our insurance deductible. Great professionalism and the response time was fantastic.

What an easy process! I usually put things like this off because they’re a hassle to deal with, but the team handled everything for me. All the insurance calls and scheduling were handled by Marcus quickly and around my WFH schedule. I appreciate the level of care and responsiveness i received throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased & satisfied with the work & professionalism of all parties involved in the installation of the roof @ my home. I have received several compliments from neighbors about how good the roof looks & how amazing that it was completed in one day. The crew started work early before 7am & completed around 3:30 or 4pm. Thanks to United Contracting Group for an excellent job. I gladly recommend them for their good work & cleanup.

Elliott was our go to guy on this project. He was outstanding from start to finish. He handled everything with our insurance company right up to the end and followed up with us a month or so later. Everything is solid and professionally done. My entire neighborhood has been complimenting on how beautiful the new roof looks. They were very fast and efficient throughout the entire project and finished ahead of schedule. You wouldn’t even know they had been there. Working in the construction field as a general superintendent, I can honestly say that Elliott and his team knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend that you use United Contracting.
