United Contracting Group is an excellent roofing company. I have a beautiful mountain home in Flagstaff AZ where my roof failed last winter due to ice, hail, wind and snow. I identified the interior leaks in April, and I was faced with getting roof work completed before the monsoon season kicked into high gear this summer. In May, I had the privilege of meeting Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. Remember, Joe had to drive 140 miles from Phoenix to keep the initial appointment in Flagstaff. Not only did he show up on time, but he sat down with me and my wife and explained the entire insurance process from filing the claim, working with 3rd party field adjustor/inspectors (one failed to show up to the appt) and what I could expect in terms of either a roof repair or a completely new roof. Fortunately, I was approved for a new roof with Joe's help interfacing on my behalf with my insurance company. It's said that sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference. That is how I feel about the United Contracting Group and Joe B. In June, on a Monday morning at 5am, I awoke to several contractors already on my roof. An entire roofing crew and Joe B were starting early. They had to do a complete tear-out of the old roof plus install my new roof. Additionally, United agreed to repair several sections of old, rotted facia boards before the new roof could be installed. This really helped me as I did not have to coordinate an additional contractor to perform that work. That was huge as I don't have the bandwidth with other life responsibilities. That tireless crew did a 13-hour day onsite plus a 280-mile round trip commute. Think about that...it makes you believe solid work ethics are still out there! The new roof turned out fabulous and as a finished touch, the crew even painted my skylight housing to match the new black drip edge....it just looks terrific, and I beat the monsoons! All and all, I would definitely recommend Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. They are responsive (in-person or phone), on-time, professional, knowledgeable and communicate clearly. From start to finish this was an outstanding experience. Judson and Marcus worked with our insurance company and estimator to maximize our roof replacement. Absolutely wonderful experience, high quality shingles, underlayment geared for desert sun, outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. Cleaned the entire jobsite and we are left with a gorgeous new roof. They are terrific and priced fairly!!

United Contracting completed the roof installation within the promised time and with efficiency and quality. They also did a fantastic job of clean-up immediately following the installation. They are definitely at the top of their game
