It was great working with Mike G. and United Contracting Group. Mike was very professional from beginning to end. He was up front explaining the process may take a while, but his hard work paid off. Thanks to Mike fighting on our behalf with the insurance company, he got us a full roof replacement. Mike knows what he's doing! He is thorough, patient and responds quickly to text messages/phone calls. Their team of roof installers also did an excellent job replacing our roof. They started at 7 am and were done by 12 noon the same day. They cleaned up everything and you would never know they had been there except for the beautiful new roof we now have. Mike G. and United Contracting Group provided excellent service! We highly recommend them for your roof replacement needs.

I initially worked with Cody Myers with United, then Zach to schedule the installation, then Cole Froelich on the day of the work. The 6 men who did the install & remove were outstanding, paying attention to every aspect including clean-up afterwards. I was impressed with every aspect of this company’s professionalism. Had some unfortunate damage to my roof / home after a big storm and wasn't getting much support or help from my insurance company. Luckily I got in contact with Riley and his team. They were able to immediately help mitigate additional damage to my property and started working with my insurance on a plan for reconstruction. Was able to get my home / roof back in order in about 6 weeks. Was really nice having a company that actually had my best interests in mind during this really stressful time. I just had a great experience with Charles Hess and United Contracting Group. We had severe wind damage on the roof of our house and called up Charles to figure out a solution through our insurance. He and his team navigated the process for us and ended up getting us a full roof replacement for the cost of our insurance deductible. Great professionalism and the response time was fantastic.

I highly recommend United. My cedar shake roof was damaged in one of this summer’s monsoons. I worked with Thomas on removing my old roof and installing a new one. My experience could not have been better! Thomas was professional, straightforward, communicative and made our roof a priority. I contacted United Contracting for roof replacement after my dad told me they did a great job on his house. Zach Martin handled his claim and he was there to handle mine as well. He went above and beyond to contact and stay up to date with my insurance company to coordinate a roof replacement. He took the stress off of me and was always quick to answer questions or let me know where in the process we were at. He even came out a couple times to tarp the roof when I was concerned about rain leaks before installation. My roof looks amazing and is actually effective now. I’m so glad that I can finally say that I had a good homeownership experience.
