They went beyond the scope of assisting meth rough the whole process- They were respectful and did not “Talk Down” to me. I am a Senior Citizen with over a 90 percent Vision Loss. When I say Trustworthy, I mean integrous. -They really do Care ab about their customers. I had storm damage and later found out fire damage (from a neighbor’s house fire) to my Cedar Shake Roof. They handled all the Insurance Company Interaction and Details. I Live in a Neighborhood, The Groves of Gilbert with a VERY Difficult Architectural Review Board, biased and subjected to THEIR Personal taste. Yes, you need to get their approval even when it is an Emergency to have the tarp covered Roof Replace. Due to the Emergency Situation of my Roof, I did not have 7-12 months to replace the Cedar Shake Roof which has to be imported from Canada. In addition, due to the Wild fires on South Montanan and the Superstition Mountains, it is Extremely difficult to get Home Owners Insurance It took over 7 weeks to Get the HOA to agree on a Cedar Shake Substitute- I had to have a Structural Engineer Inspect my trusses to Prove that my house was NOT structurally sound to support a Tile Roof - the only approved substitute for the Cedar Shake (Even though the HOA allowed 2 Steel Roofs to be installed) *** Thank goodness for Riley and Thomas... I now have a beautiful Professionally installed Composite Roof which looks like Cedar Shake and has a 50-year Lifetime unlike the 18-year average for the Cedar Shake Wood Roofs. Their Crew was diligent, arrived early and work a full 9-hour day. Everyday before they left, they clean up the mess and even used a Blower to get the dust and dirt cleaned up too. Riley and Thomas really care about their installers and had them wear Brightly colored work jacket. It was extremely windy the first few days. I was impressed of the Safety precaution of tethering the installers to the roof. Then we got hit with the 90-degree weather. Again, safety first…. I would 100 percent recommend United Construction Group for any and all roofing projects. Thank you Riley and Thomas for making this Process as stress free as possible and all of you Help in completing my Beautiful New Roof DaVinci Bellaforte Shake Roof ♥
