I had an issue with my roof two years after united completed it, the process of them roofing my house was very smooth, and when an issue came up years after the roof, I was surprised. I called the office and the owner was at my house within a few hours. I really appreciated his prompt response. After having him inspect the roof, he showed me how another contractor I used to do paint work dislodged some tiles and broke a seal. The owner fixed it himself self and didn't ask for a dime. I couldn't recommend this company more. Customer service is something that's hard to find these days.

My experience with United Contracting Group was a great one. Project Manager Albert Bronson was excellent with communication. Albert was very professional and personable. Best part is that the work was started and completed in the timeframe given. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

Fantastic company, I was trying to find the best contractor for my roof damage, wind had really messed it up and we were concerned about our homes value. After consulting with Riley we were extremely confident in his ability to get this roof replaced and navigate the insurance which is historically very frustrating. He was the most knowledgeable and honest contractor I’ve ever worked with and handled everything from the start. My wife and I are so happy it was an easy process and the work was beautiful. 5 stars. These guys were so professional it actually restored our faith in contractors after a crazy 2 years.
