United Contracting Group went above and beyond with their customer service. First off they handled the lion share of communication with our insurance company. I don’t think we would have had the funding approved without their knowledge and experience on how it all works. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed. Then once we received approval, it was all hands on deck. The supplies arrived, and the crew knocked it out of the park. It was impressive how quickly they completed the project. The roof looks fantastic, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend UCG! Thanks again!!

Elliott was our go to guy on this project. He was outstanding from start to finish. He handled everything with our insurance company right up to the end and followed up with us a month or so later. Everything is solid and professionally done. My entire neighborhood has been complimenting on how beautiful the new roof looks. They were very fast and efficient throughout the entire project and finished ahead of schedule. You wouldn’t even know they had been there. My next door neighbor used this business, United Contracting Group worked very quickly and looked to do a high quality job; completely stripping and replacing the shingles on the roof of the house and workshop, in just a couple of days. Unfortunately, the wind blew in our direction throughout the job, and when cleaning up after the work was done some of the debris was inadvertently blown toward our property and into our pool. As soon as we brought this to the attention of the project manager, Johnny Belssner, he was right on top of making sure our pool would be cleaned. We were very appreciative that they are such a thorough and professional company and were happy to make sure that not only their paying customer were satisfied, but also that the surrounding neighbors were also. What a great work ethic! Thank you. I would definitely use this company if I needed such services, and readily refer them to friends and family.
