Had some unfortunate damage to my roof / home after a big storm and wasn't getting much support or help from my insurance company. Luckily I got in contact with Riley and his team. They were able to immediately help mitigate additional damage to my property and started working with my insurance on a plan for reconstruction. Was able to get my home / roof back in order in about 6 weeks. Was really nice having a company that actually had my best interests in mind during this really stressful time. Would fully recommend them for any future contracting needs. Ask for Riley if you need help, he had my back.

United Roofing & General Contractingis the best roofing company I will ever recommend in the Phoenix area. From the first call and first meeting with their project manager, Zac, I knew I was in good hands. He was prompt, texted his arrival time, appeared in a very professional manner, clean, polite, clear in all his communications. He advocated with my I insurance company through out the entire process The crew is also the best I have ever had. They were on time, were courteous, not just of my home, myself, but of each other working as a tight team. All debris was immediately removed. All in all, finally, a very good experience with a contracting company.

Andrew knocked on my door one day offering to work with our insurance company to get coverage on a brand new roof. I was skeptical but figured, I had nothing to loose. He went above and beyond taking pictures, meeting the claims adjuster, the inspector and sure enough, we got a complete roof replacement- 100% covered by insurance! The team completed the roof in 4 days. The workmanship was spectacular and the attention spent to prepping the property was above and beyond. We LOVE our new roof and owe it all to Andrew and the United Roofing & General Contractingteam. The team even came back (unasked) to power wash the driveway of the tire marks from their machinery! Top Notch!!

I noticed a sign on my neighbors home, United Contracting Group. Shingles were delivered, later installed. The job site was meticulously cleaned up. Derick P. the Project Manager for United asked me if I was aware of wind damage to my roof, I am not inclined to let anyone solicit me, but the professional look and approach by Derick was refreshing and he explained how our homeowners insurance would cover most or all of the roof repair or replacement. Derick contacted my insurance company. In the end we now have a brand new roof. Everything Derick promised happened. New roof, quick installation, meticulous clean up and Derick was on site numerous times to monitor the job. We are Very Happy with Derick and United as they performed as promised start to finish and our insurance covered almost all of the cost of the new roof! Robert Smith
