Couldn't be happier with this company! The owner is very courteous, workers showed up right when they said they would be there, and the overall quality of work is top-notch! You can tell then really care about the work they do. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me updates during the entire process! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

He was very professional, personable and johnny on the spot each time we needed him to come out until the repair work could begin. I am so very pleased with this company. These guys did an awesome job start to finish. I was a bit skeptical at first when I was initially approached by this company, but I did my research online and decided to give the insurance claim process a chance. I am so glad I did, the whole experience was pleasant and easy. They got the whole project paid for by my insurance, and upgraded the roof to a beautiful concrete tile. I was told that all I had to do was pay my deductible at the end as long as I was happy with the workmanship and quality of material. They honored their word and did an amazing job installing and cleaning up the house. I am so grateful I answered the door that day and give these guys a chance. We have had a wonderful experience with United Contracting Group. We were so lucky to have Zack assigned to us. He is just fabulous to work with and completely diligent in everything. Whatever was needed Zack was right there before anyone setting it up and checking into it. We are just about finished with the long project of repairs due to the hail storm of 2021. The delay is only due to a backorder. Thank you Zack for taking charge on our behalf and getting things done. We appreciate you very very much!

I am very pleased & satisfied with the work & professionalism of all parties involved in the installation of the roof @ my home. I have received several compliments from neighbors about how good the roof looks & how amazing that it was completed in one day. The crew started work early before 7am & completed around 3:30 or 4pm. We did not think we had enough roof damage from these summer storms to go through our insurance until Pat with United Roofing & General Contractingdid a quick inspection and contacted our insurance for a thorough inspection. Low and behold, we got a new roof covered through insurance. Pat's knowledge of roofing and his ability to communicate with us as homeowners but also communicate technical information with the insurance company was extremely professional. He answered all our questions and handled all the legwork. I would highly recommend them.

We could not be any happier with our decision on choosing United as our contractor to repair our wind damaged roof. Justin B was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We initially had some difficulty with getting the damages covered by insurance but through Justin’s determination and commitment to us as his clients he was able to get the necessary funds to replace our roof.
