Erik and Elliot were fantastic from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with dealing with the insurance and able to keep the process moving forward. They were able to get everything worked out within a couple weeks and start work on the room. The efficiency of removing the old roof and installing the new roof was unheard of. Start to Finish was about 7 hours. Clean up was spotless and never would have known they were there, ensuring the backyard and grass was clean and safe for the kids to play. Can't recommend United Contracting Group enough if you need need your room replaced.

From beginning to the end, Sam Carey of United Contracting Group has been the best project manager! We had a total roof replacement due to storm damage. Sam stuck closely to every phase of this re-roofing endeavor starting with our home owners insurance. He cooperated seamlessly with the insurance field adjuster. He initiated contact to update us on where things were (ordering tile, scheduling, cleanup, etc). He answered every question we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the end. The roofing crew themselves were on time and professional. You can tell they care about the quality of work they produce. One note: If your driveway is paved with pavers, make sure they lay down the ply wood to protect it so that they don’t get disrupted and wavy due to the heavy trucks driving on top to lift the tile to the roof.

Joe and Derek made the claim process of a new roof the easiest ever. Never did we have to work with insurance, payment, change orders or issues. They were on top of it all. Thank you 😊

United Contracting Group is an excellent Company and Collin Kettering and Gilbert and their team of roofers did an excellent job of showing up on time, & getting all the material and color requested & worked hard all day until the job was completed and cleaned up all the mess and made sure that no nails or hazards in the driveway could be effected to any of the cars we drive. When the work was completed Collin & Gilbert made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction, which we were very much. They worked with our insurance company and within hours had our insurance company working with United Contracting Group to get the repairs done to our house after the hail storm damaged our roof and house and United Contracting Group went over and above our homes needs. Being there for my family when we needed the help. I would recommend United Contracting Group to everyone who needs to have their roofing needs & with a great warranty. They are excellent. United Contracting Group is an excellent roofing company. I have a beautiful mountain home in Flagstaff AZ where my roof failed last winter due to ice, hail, wind and snow. I identified the interior leaks in April, and I was faced with getting roof work completed before the monsoon season kicked into high gear this summer. In May, I had the privilege of meeting Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. Remember, Joe had to drive 140 miles from Phoenix to keep the initial appointment in Flagstaff. Not only did he show up on time, but he sat down with me and my wife and explained the entire insurance process from filing the claim, working with 3rd party field adjustor/inspectors (one failed to show up to the appt) and what I could expect in terms of either a roof repair or a completely new roof. Fortunately, I was approved for a new roof with Joe's help interfacing on my behalf with my insurance company. It's said that sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference. That is how I feel about the United Contracting Group and Joe B. In June, on a Monday morning at 5am, I awoke to several contractors already on my roof. An entire roofing crew and Joe B were starting early. They had to do a complete tear-out of the old roof plus install my new roof. Additionally, United agreed to repair several sections of old, rotted facia boards before the new roof could be installed. This really helped me as I did not have to coordinate an additional contractor to perform that work. That was huge as I don't have the bandwidth with other life responsibilities. That tireless crew did a 13-hour day onsite plus a 280-mile round trip commute. Think about that...it makes you believe solid work ethics are still out there! The new roof turned out fabulous and as a finished touch, the crew even painted my skylight housing to match the new black drip edge....it just looks terrific, and I beat the monsoons! All and all, I would definitely recommend Joe B. and the United Contracting Group. They are responsive (in-person or phone), on-time, professional, knowledgeable and communicate clearly. I am so glad I responded to the card left on my door by Thomas! We had contacted three companies for estimates and United was the most responsive, professional and easy to work with. The job was done as promised without any nonsense. The crew was professional, quick, and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend United Contracting for your roofing needs.
