Having never dealt with this time of situation I was nervous about the whole process but Cody made it easy. From dealing with the insurance company to scheduling etc he handled it all taking the pressure off me. For that I am very appreciative. I had an outstanding experience with United Contracting Group when a severe microburst in Tucson, AZ damaged my roof. Omar, a project manager with the company, happened to be in the neighborhood after a second microburst hit and noticed how much damage my roof had sustained. Unlike other roofers who had approached me with high-pressure sales tactics, Omar was refreshingly straightforward. He simply asked if I had someone lined up to handle the repairs and offered his help--no pressure, no gimmicks. After we talked briefly, I asked for his card since I like to see how professional and prepared contractors are. Omar immediately climbed up on the roof to assess the damage, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. Omar not only helped me file the insurance claim but also supervised the entire job, ensuring everything was done right. We had a three-way call with my insurance company, where he handled most of the process, making sure I only needed to pay the deductible as long as there weren't any surprises during the repair. Impressively, within three weeks of filing the claim, my roof was completely repaired--way faster than I expected. My roof was actually the first in the neighborhood to get fixed, while other houses with similar damage still haven't even received their materials yet. On the day of the repair, Omar's crew showed up at 5:30 am and had everything wrapped up by 11 am. Omar was hands-on, helping with the work and ensuring every detail was handled. The crew was efficient, professional, and cleaned up everything afterward. They even replaced two boards that had some water damage, which was a relief since my roof was 30 years old and had never been replaced. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. What also stood out was the value I received. Despite the high level of service, the cost was reasonable, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. Since United Contracting Group is based out of Phoenix, they even arranged for me to pay via wire transfer, which sped things up. Omar's professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made the whole experience stress-free.
